The Sand Burial Treatment is a therapeutic experience where participants are buried in hot desert sands up to their neck (excluding the head) for 15-20 minutes. This ancient practice is believed to alleviate rheumatic ailments and promote relaxation and detoxification.
The natural heat from the desert sands penetrates the body, helping to relieve physical discomfort and promote overall well-being. After the burial, participants undergo a tent session for sweating and consume hot beverages to enhance detoxification.
Before each session, avoid bathing or exposing yourself to air for optimal results. It's recommended to refrain from eating for at least three hours before each session.
While generally beneficial for most people seeking wellness and relaxation, individuals with heart conditions or specific health concerns should consult a doctor before participating. The treatment is not recommended for pregnant women.
Each session lasts between 15 to 20 minutes. Participants undergo three sessions spread over three days for a comprehensive healing experience.
Optional treatments such as cupping, massage, mud therapy, salt cave sessions, and water therapy are available at an extra cost. These treatments can complement the Sand Burial experience for enhanced wellness benefits.
Before each session, avoid bathing or exposing yourself to air for optimal results. It's recommended to refrain from eating for at least three hours before each session.
The future depends on what we do in the present!
