A confirmed booking requires full prepayment, which can be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
