To secure your reservation please make a booking through our website or contact our customer service team directly.
A confirmed booking requires full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer.
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of the tour.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours cancellations before the scheduled tour date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
