At the heart of the itinerary, three defining highlights shape the journey: the Pyramids of Giza, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and an optional aerial microlight flight over the Giza plateau.

First, you experience the Pyramids up close and connect directly with one of the world’s most iconic ancient sites. Then, you explore the GEM, which presents Egypt’s civilization in a modern, immersive way. Finally, the aerial perspective adds a striking new dimension that transforms how you see the entire landscape.

Day 1 – Arrival & Nile-Side Arrival Experience

Cairo Highlihts 6 days: Upon arrival in Cairo, you are met and assisted at the airport before a private transfer to your hotel on the Nile.

After check-in at the Fairmont Nile City, the remainder of the day is at leisure. This first evening offers you  as a soft introduction to the city. You have time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s Nile-side setting, rooftop views, and refined atmosphere.

Day 2 – Grand Egyptian Museum & Private Nile Felucca

The day begins at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the most significant cultural institutions in the world.

In the afternoon, enjoy a private felucca sail on the Nile at sunset  offering a calm contrast to the intensity of the city.

Return to your hotel, where you can unwind in the comfort of its riverside location, lounge areas, and evening ambiance overlooking the Nile.

Day 3 – Saqqara & Dahshur: The Origins of the Pyramids

Today focuses on the early development of pyramid construction in Egypt.

After exploring Saqqara and Dahshur, you return to Cairo in the afternoon. The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy the hotel’s facilities. Whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy a quiet drink with Nile views, or simply unwind after a full day of exploration.

Day 4 – Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Optional Flight Experience

Today is dedicated to the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx.

After the visit and lunch with panoramic views, you return to the hotel for time to relax in a refined setting along the Nile. The hotel offers the perfect contrast to the scale of the day’s experiences—quiet, elevated, and comfortable.

In the afternoon, optional microlight flight over the pyramids.

Day 5 – Old Cairo, Civilization Museum & Bazaar

The final day explores Old Cairo and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, followed by Khan el-Khalili Bazaar.

In the evening, return to your hotel for your final night, enjoying the calm atmosphere, Nile views, and full comfort of your accommodation as a final impression of Cairo.

Day 6 – Departure

After breakfast, private transfer to Cairo International Airport for departure.
