Sunset Safari to Fata Morgana: Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy

  • Reservation Confirmation: Full payment secures your booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards or bank transfers.
  • Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 16. Those under 18 need a guardian.
  • Group Bookings: Contact us for special rates for groups of 4 or more.

Cancellation Policy

  • By Participant:

    • More than 7 days before: Full refund minus a 10% fee.
    • Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund.
    • Less than 3 days before: No refund.

  • By the Tour Operator:

    • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund.
    • We may cancel for safety reasons, such as weather. A full refund will be provided.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

  • No-Show Policy: No refund for participants who do not join.

  • Change of Safari Date: Requests to change dates are subject to availability. Fees may apply.

• Yes, complimentary pick-up and drop-off service is included from hotels in the area approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before sunset.
