When you are there you can have the chance to visit the royal mummy room or you can get a photography ticket. Those two activities requires extra 2 hours

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking:

  1. To secure your reservation please make a booking through our website or contact our customer service team directly.
  2. A confirmed booking requires full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer.
  3. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of the tour.

Cancellation:

  1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
  5. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be communicated to us in writing via email or phone call.
