Pick-Up and Drive

Firstly start with a pick-up from your hotel in or around Wadi El Gemal Park. Enjoy particularly free pick-up from hotels south of Marsa Alam and north of Wadi El Gemal Park. So travel by 4×4 cars to the Protected National Park.

Panoramic View and Hike

Afterwards stop at Kab El Khawara for panoramic views of Wadi El Gemal. After an off-road jeep ride, hike 5 km to the Ancient Roman Ghost City of Appolonia. Furthermore explore the ruins and learn about Roman mining life.

Lunch and Relaxation

After the hike, enjoy a full-course meal featuring local Bedouin bread, BBQ chicken, green salad, and fresh fruits. Finallay finish with Gabana coffee roasted in front of you.

Beach Time

Relax additionally at Quolaan Beach Settlement, indeed one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

• 07:00: Pick up from the hotel (fees apply if outside the specified area).
• 08:00: Off-road experience in the Eastern Desert.
• 08:30: Stop at Kab El Khawara for panoramic views.
• 11:00: Hike to Appolonia.
• 13:00: Lunch.
• 15:00: Head to Qulaan Beach Settlement.
• 18:00: Drop off at your hotel.

Note: Pick-up and drop-off times depend on your hotel’s distance from the park entrance. The above schedule is based on a maximum of 50 km one way.

Booking and Cancellation Policy - Wadi El Gemal Safari and Trekking

Booking:

1. To secure your reservation please make a booking through our website or contact our customer service team directly.
2. A confirmed booking requires full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer.
3. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of the tour.

Cancellation:

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
2. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
5. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be communicated to us in writing via email or phone call.
