Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti National Park

Travel conditions for trips to Tanzania and Zanzibar:

  1.  To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.  You have to pay the remaining 70% at least 30 days before the start of the trip.
  2. You can do the payment  by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that additional fees may apply for credit card payments.
  3.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and all other necessary documents to enter Tanzania and Zanzibar.
  4. We recommend  strongly to take out travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
  5.  The tour operator is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or inconveniences caused by force majeure, natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation by the traveler:
    • Up to 30 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the total costs
    • 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the total costs
    • 14 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 75% of the total costs
    • Less than 7 days before the start of the trip or no-show: 100% of the total costs
  2. Cancellation by the tour operator: In case of cancellation by the tour operator, you will be refunded with all payments  or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
