Booking and Cancellation Policy

- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon full payment.

Cancellation:

- More than 48 hours before: Full refund minus 10% fee.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund.
- By Service Provider: Full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
Changes:
- Date Change: Request at least 24 hours in advance. Change fee may apply.
No-Show:
- Policy: No refund for no-shows.
Refunds:
- Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
