ITB Berlin 2026 is approaching, and preparations are in full motion. For us as an Egypt tour operator, participating in the world’s leading travel trade fair is both a strategic decision and a long-term investment in international partnerships.
This year, ITB Berlin 2026 represents more than attendance. It reflects growth, responsibility, and our commitment to strengthening Egypt tourism in the European market.
Becoming self-employed in tourism changed our perspective completely. Flexibility is one advantage setting schedules independently and building products according to our vision.
However, tourism operates differently from traditional professions. High seasons leave little room for personal downtime. Client requests, operational logistics, and international communication require continuous availability.
As specialists in individual travel to Egypt, we focus on meaningful experiences rather than mass tourism. That focus shapes how we prepare for ITB Berlin 2026.
A travel group aged between their early and late eighties exploring Egypt with energy and joy – it becomes clear that age is truly just a number in a passport.
Or a young man who, months after returning from the desert with us, still speaks about how the experience marked a positive turning point in his life.
And then there was our cultural event with a pianist in the desert. Even well-traveled guests said afterward:
“This evening was incomparable and unforgettable.”
Soon we will welcome an 85-year-old backpacker who travels four months each year and has lost her heart to Cairo. She says the city’s dynamic energy is inspiring – and I know exactly what she means.
These encounters define our product philosophy and they are central to what we present at ITB Berlin 2026.
At ITB Berlin 2026, we are introducing new specialized Egypt travel products to international partners.
We are especially proud of our cooperation with professional astronomers from England. Together we are launching astronomy tours in Egypt, combining expertise and passion.
Egypt offers incredible diversity:
For me, this boat is more than a product. It is a graceful creation whose atmosphere truly makes people happy.
ITB Berlin 2026 provides access to international tour operators, travel agencies, and strategic partners from over 180 countries.
New products need visibility. That is why we decided to attend ITB 2026 in Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show.
At first, it was only an idea. A distant goal.
But eventually, ideas turn into reality: registration, booking a stand, planning logistics.
You will find us in Hall 6.2, Stand 300, under the umbrella of the Egyptian Tourism Ministry – with a table, two chairs, and plenty of passion and experience.
Participating involves significant investment: stand fees, flights, accommodation, marketing materials. For a medium-sized German-Egyptian travel company like ours, this certainly creates pressure.
But it is a conscious decision.
Dabuka Travel Visions stands for:
We design tailor-made journeys in Egypt – authentic, individual, and away from crowded routes.
Of course, a trade fair profile can only capture this in a few concise lines. But behind those lines lies a great deal of passion.
With over 30 years of Egypt travel expertise, ITB Berlin 2026 is an opportunity to reinforce our positioning within the international tourism industry
As ITB approaches, the pace has increased.
Designing flyers sounds simple it is not. Several layout revisions, rewritten texts, adjustments. Only in the third round were we truly satisfied.
And then came the practical challenge: ensuring the folded flyer reads in the correct order. Surprisingly complex.
Yesterday we sat together in our garden for hours, folding. It almost felt like a small event in itself. And yes – we are proud of the result.
Our business thrives on networks.
We strongly believe in our products and in our team. Human encounters always come before pure business.
Of course, there are disappointments – when long consultations end without a booking. That, too, is part of entrepreneurship.
For ITB 2026, we are connecting with as many international tour operators and partners as possible. Emails, chats, meeting requests – all opening new possibilities for cooperation.
The objective at ITB Berlin 2026 is long-term cooperation, not short-term transactions.
The excitement is rising. So is the anticipation.
The fact alone that an idea has become reality already feels like a success.
I am looking forward to meeting people from diverse backgrounds. Behind every conversation lies a story, behind every story a vision of life or business. And I am certain there will be much to learn.
At the moment, ITB feels like a big wave approaching us.
But I enjoy swimming.
We are truly excited – keep your fingers crossed for us.
