Specialized in individual tourism and off-the-beaten-path events, our mission is to create authentic travel experiences in Egypt and across Africa. Your Role We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Tour Operator who willbe responsible for the full operational process of our trips – from pricing and planning to flawless on-the-ground execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 Negotiating rates and conditions with hotels and local service providers – yourown network is a strong asset

 Creating accurate and attractive travel offers quickly and efficiently

 Handling all bookings and reservations after confirmation by the client

 Organizing handovers, logistics, and ensuring a smooth travel experience fromarrival to departure

 Being available 24/7 during active tours to support clients and solve problems if needed

Your Profile You are a proactive and reliable team player who also knows how to lead and inspire.

You are hands-on, creative, and solution-oriented – especially when things get hectic.

We expect you to bring:

 Strong negotiation and organizational skills

 Ability to work independently and responsibly under time pressure

 Excellent communication and rhetorical skills

 High stress resilience and flexibility (especially during high season)

 Fluency in English is a must; an additional foreign language is a plus

 Proficiency in PC systems (Mac & Windows)

 Willingness to occasionally work overtime during peak seasons

 Experience in the tourism sector, ideally in tailor-made or individual travel, is a strong advantage
