Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking:
- To secure your reservation please make a booking through our website or contact our customer service team directly.
- A confirmed booking requires full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer.
- Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of the tour.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be communicated to us in writing via email or phone call.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
